What is Exomide ?

Studies have revealed that the therapeutic efficacy of Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (MSCs) was beneficial through the release of biological molecules. These biologically active factors such as exosomes are secreted in the form of micro to nanosized particles and has specialized functions. There are key bioactive vesicles responsible for the paracrine effects of stem cells, regulating many physiological and pathological processes by affecting the survival, proliferation, migration and gene expression of recipient cells and by reprogramming targeted cell behaviours. Many exosome researches has shown to reduce wrinkles, pores, pigment, oiliness, and improve evenness of skin and vascularity.

PRE & Post-Care

To ensure optimal results and minimize side effects:

before

• Avoid Blood Thinners – Atleast 3–5 days before treatment (Asprin, dish oil, Vitamin E, Gingko Biloba, alcohol etc)
• Strong active skin care – Atleast 3-4 days before procedure (Retinol, AHA/BHA or exfoliants, Vitamin C serums etc)
• Hydrate your skin and body
• Inform us if you have any active skin infection or breakouts, and ongoing laser or peeling

After

• Skincare – Use only gentle cleanser and hydrating recovery cream (Exomide Cream, XC Recovery Cream )
• Post activities : Avoid strong actives or exercise, sauna, or swimming for 3–5 days
• UV Protection : Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 50+

• Downtime  : Mild redness, swelling, or small bumps, usually resolves in 1–2 days

• If bruising occurs, apply cold compress gently within the first 24 hours

How many sessions does a patient generally need?

It depends on the condition of the skin but usually,  4-6 treatments are recommended with a month gap between each treatment. Maintenance every 4–6 months depending on skin age.
